here in pa,change of season, winter close at hand, change from daylight savings, change battery smoke detectors.
anybody also change edc choices; what changes do you make ?

I change my EDC every so often, but it has nothing to do with the seasons. I just have so many knives that if I didn't change my EDC occasionally, I would have a lot of knives wasting away in my knife drawer.

My main EDC remains the same all the time. Sometimes I'll carry a second knife for a particular purpose or just for the sake of giving the others some pocket time.

When the weather gets cold enough that I need gloves, I switch over to wearing a small fixed blade under my coat, or in a coat pocket depending on what I'm wearing. Gloves plus a folder for me equals fumbling to get it open and probably dropping it in the process.

You got that right, I am not looking forward to a hard winter here in NE PA. I am keeping to same EDC all through the winter, my Benchmade 943.

What part of PA do you live in?

Bucks County, PA here! :) The change of weather won't effect my EDC, but my birthday and Christmas might if I'm lucky! :)

Seasons change? Oh, yeah, should be down in the mid-60s by December/January - have to find my heavy coat! :D

We've been having crazy weather here. It was 73F one day, then 26F during the night a day or two later, then back up to around 65F, now today it's raining like crazy! I think we're going on 3-4 inches of rain since last night. Maybe I'll have to switch my EDC to a dive knife! :)

book,I've got dozens of knives to choose from but all take a back seat to my favorite FRN Endura for EDC.Sure glad this rain we've been seeing hasn't changed to snow!tom.
