Change over for the Umnumzaan to S45?

So I received my Umnumzaan today, DOB is March 11 2021, But its S35VN. I noticed a Zaan in the FS section, with a DOB of March 10 2021 and its marked off as S45VN.

Im not in the least bit concerned to be honest. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this type of thing before? I just find this a bit funny.

They're going through a steel change right now from S35VN to S45VN. We're going to see this happening until they use up all their old stock of S35VN.
 
2021 steel upgrade. Mnandis and tanto Zaans were first to have S45VN. DP Zaans are next. Then Inkosis and finally Sebenzas.
 
That's the funny thing mine and the one in the FS section are both drop points.
 
Yeah, it is kinda strange that both versions are coming out at the same time. New Graham had the S45vn version in about a week ago. I ordered one. A day later, they told me their inventory system was not working properly and had to cancel the order. Very annoying and poor customer service. At the same time Knife Art had some in stock with S35vn but I decided to wait. Since both are the same price, I might as well wait for the S45 version.
 
I’ve been waiting for a s45vn to drop. I got a notification a few weeks back from one of my favorite dealers but it ended up being s35vn so I held off.
 
I think I’m going to pick up a Wilson Combat version of the Ummunzaan (lefty) in s35vn while I wait for the CRK Umnumzaan in s4vn.
