Change the blades of the M16-03Z and the M16-13M, practicable?

I like the M16 series of CRKT, but unfortunately they do not manufacture a model with a black blade and a black handle. Therefore I thought, why not change the blades of the M16-03Z and the M16-13M?
Is this without more ado practicable or is it necessary to do adjusting work?

own a m16-03z and have seen the other. I would guess that for the ease of machining purposes everything would line up the same. However, after taking mine apart I do recomend others be sure to remember which side the plastic washer belongs. It does not affect the workings any difference that I have noticed but it does make you feel confident about where the things belong.
