Change Username- KingJace to Harley Boatman

I admit I didn't read all the instructions on how to change my username. I paid July 31, 2020 and never posted the required username change post.

I can't find the Order Number on my profile but I have the transaction ID from PayPal:
9M6852455G739751M

If that's not enough to verify the order, I'd appreciate if someone could explain where to find the order number.
