It has now been one week since my payment. I have followed all of the directions on a name change to the best of my knowledge. Am I missing something? Some communication from an Admin or Mod on this matter would be preferable.

I have sent you an email and PM about the status of my name change request. I have been as patient with this as I know how to be. The FAQ states this typically happens within 48-72 hours and I am now well beyond that time period. I don't want to have to begin a payment dispute through PayPal for $10. However, due to the length of time since my payment and lack of communication, I feel as if I'm being left no other option. I hope to hear from you sooner than later on this matter.
