Not sure what i have to do here to get this going. The FAQ states to be patient since name changes can take up to one business day. Im an IT guy and this is not a lengthy process. Ill send emails starting in a few days....that was 16 days ago.
 
Best thing you can do is call Spark at 1SKS during normal business hours.

He not only has this site to administer, he has an internet knife company to run, and he does fall behind.

Give him a call. Don't email as he may not get it in a timely manner.
 
True, but there is also a forum to run with people who pay for privileges......and the money is taken through the online knifestore, so one would expect it to be noticed.
I am in the same boat - I have paid my renewal and phoning America from Australia is not an option.
 
Dirk, I have found that if you have to use the old ordering system that it can take one to two weeks for it to go into effect.

David, if you post here for a name change, it takes until Spark notices it and has the chance to do what is required.

If calling is not an option for you, then I guess you'll just have to be patient, and hope he sees this before too long.
 
I will try to call sometime soon but we have real jobs, too! Sometimes its tough to find time to call just to check up on an order that you placed on the net specifically to avoid the hassle of having to call, ya know?

Unless I am way off in my to-date vbulletin knowledge, this is a sub-ten-second update.

I will make my best effort to call this week since its now been 20 days since i paid for the update.
