I just paid for a Gold membership. I signed up 10 years ago and my screen name is funky at best. Please let me know who to talk to. Thanks

Open that thread, scroll to the third post, read it, then follow the instructions. *Be advised, though, that it sometimes takes longer than indicated.

(I specified following the instructions because many do not... then they end up questioning why the change didn't happen)
