Just thought I would share some news with you all. My apartment Contract is up in a few weeks and the new landlords are making changes to the new contracts. Because of this, I'll have to move (they want a Semesters worth of rent up front instead of pay by the month). Not only that, but since I work part time for the local college and wont be attending classes this fall, I'll most likely loose my job at the end of August. So, I'll be moving in with my brother as soon as his room mate moves out and will be getting a job up there (Provo Ut).

Since I'll be moving in the next few weeks, I've been spending a lot of time looking for jobs/filling out applications, visiting friends and pulling extra hours at work when ever possible. Hence the reason why I'm not online much. Not that I'm missed or anything:rolleyes::p lol

Next week, my car will be put up for sale since I won't need it in Provo (Great Public transpertation up there) and maybe a few knives/Khukuris.;) I love my car and will hate to see it go, but it's for the best.

Well, thanks for listening.:p And to all you Utahians, Have a Great 24th of July.:D;) (July 24th is when we Celibrate Utah becoming a state, for all those that didn't know.)

Wildmanh;
Been in that situation. Good luck. Do try to get back in school as soon as you can. I haven't gotten back and it's been a decade. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm sounding like my parents.

Wildmanh, there's no real obstacle for a high stepper. It will all come around, but listen to Red; it's important that you finish your education. It's very easy not to go back. I put my doctorate of for the past three years and it's tough trying to pick up where I left off. All I need to do is the dissertation. The hard part is over. But I will do it and that's a fact.

Wildman, I feel for you. Before you sell your Khukuris, email me, ok? I used to elk hunt for many many years in the Wasatch Mts, next to the Mormom property, I think they called it "Deseret", [10 +yrs] After my divorce I stayed in the mountains, then went to Nevada to get some of my wildness out of me. I didn't work for 5 years, stayed away, crazy and drunk. The low life I met in the bars, gambling, and the brothels in Elko loved me and thought I was good people.

If possible I would like to help.:)

Thanks for the advice and concerns. I plan to continue with college but not right now. I need a break and also can't afford it. To many medical bills to pay off. (For those that don't know, I servered 4 tendons in my left wrist with one of my Khukuris back in October. Something like $7,000+ in medical bills and other bills to pay off.)

When I get out of debt, I'll brobably end up going back to Snow to finish, or just transfer to UVSC which is where my brother and sister are both going right now.

Sams, Email me. Your email is blocked in your profile. Would love to talk about the Wasatch Mountains. Not sure which Mormon (We prefer LDS but Mormons is okay;)) Property you are refering to. The LDS church has a lot in the SLC area. Are you thinking of the "This is the place Monument"? FWI Utah has been called the Deseret state and Deseret means "Honey Bee" or "Honey" or something like that.

Bura makes some sweet Khukuris BTW.;);) he he he

Good luck with your job and stuff. I attend college now and live with my parents, and it STILL sucks. lol. Hope all goes well.

:)

I wish you luck and "good stuff" on your journey from the closing of some doors to the discovery of new ones.:)

Heber,

Call Hill AFB for cilvilian external job info. The base hires on a ton of colledge students and the pay is pretty good. We've got this high school kid in my office that get $8.52 an hour to do whatever bull*%$# work we can find. Yesterday he filed folders, swept the floor and took an 1 1/2 lunch. Contact me for the number if you want it.

Thanks for the support Guys and Galls;). It really helps me feel better about moving.

Chopsticks, when you get the chance, Move Out! I bet you will like living on your own a lot better. It's easier to store your Khukuris and knives with out your perants finding out. Plus, staying up late won't bother anyone but your sleep. (My mom hates it when I stay up late at home and surf the net or work on projects).

Vampire Hunter D, you have email. So do you Sams, got your email by the way.:)

Didn't think of it that way. Thanks for your insite. Very helpfull and gives me something to think about.:)

You all are great.

Go with God ( or Whomever occupies the office up there ) and don't be too long checking back in now and then.

I'm sure Bill will just happen to have a special one of whatever you're interested ( doesn't he always )!
