I am going through all of my records of orders for the last year, and seeing what sells and what does not. The slow sellers will be discontinued in the near future. Even though some of the slow sellers are some of my favorites, I think I have too many models in my line, so they will go.

Makes sense. Ever think of a signature knife? I personally think the EWOK, EDC, or Pocket Scandi are great choices.

Hi John -

You keep them in a spreadsheet, yes?

I can help you with spreadsheets - help you chart the data so you can do some slicing and dicing in a data mining way.

Do what is best for your business. You know that we are always behind you 100%.

I think you should ust leave them in there. even if they are slower movers it doesn't hurt to have them in the line. just shows your versatility and gives new folks lots of options to get started on the JK journey.

Good point, but I think too many option can cause more trouble then not, maybe we should have a "past Jk blades" thread or album though, I imagine theres plenty I've never even seen

after using the viktim I know it was suppose to be a limited run, bot WOW what a perfect and multipurpose knife, and one bad ass name as well for a signature knife

It looks like these two will be dropped for sure, still evaluating a couple of others:

Hatchet
Large Nessmuk

is there a cutoff date for ordering the ones that would be getting dropped? I'd hate to miss out on a model i had been eyeing just because i procrastinated too long.

When the steel I have on hand for them is gone, they will be dropped. I`ve aleady taken them off my website.

Here they are.
