With the introduction of the Pacific last year at the Blade Show, the PS at this year's SHOT Show, and anticipation of even more products to come, we are needing to reduce the number of knives we offer in the One Piece Range of fixed blade knives.

Available only while supplies last are:
  • Shadow I (9" spearpoint)
  • Sable I (9" sabre)
  • Tanto I (9" tanto)
  • Jereboam Mk II (9" clippoint)
  • Aviator (4" clippoint w/ serrated spine)
  • Sable IV (5.5" sabre)
This makes for the OPR family going forward as:
  • Shadow III (4" spearpoint)
  • Shadow IV (5.5" spearpoint)
  • Mk VI (5.5" clippoint)
  • Project I (7.5" spearpoint)
  • Project II (7.5" clippoint)
  • Mountaineer I (4" clippoint, single cross guard)
  • Mountaineer II (5.5" clippoint, single cross guard)
  • Skinner (4.5" wide blade clippoint)
  • Nkonka Spearpoint (7.5")
  • Nkonka Sabre (7.5")
The decisions to discontinue products are always difficult for us, and we hope this change does not dissapoint too many customers.

Best regards,

Dave

Look forward to the new changes. You know what they say; "change is good".

Its a shame to lose the Sable :(

I'v always liked those blades

I am not so much looking forward to the discontinuation of these as much as the introduction of great new products. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds!

Is it a matter of inventory tax that makes CR not want to keep some of the slower selling fixed blades around?

Hello,

I have noticed all the 9 inches blades (chopping blades)
are saying: Au Revoir !

With the beautiful rounded handle I could (perharps) understand why
but by the all mighty Gods of classic cutlery
I cry !!!

NOOOO !!!!

Cheers
Nemo

The Sables were the only two I was looking forward to purchasing. This is a bit disappointing.

All the big dealers still have them. Check out the Eagle Scout thread for a list of dealers.

Professor.

Oh no!!

I was really looking forward to get the Jereboam MKII..
I just bought a 3500 kronor knife (about 560 USD), my wife will not accept
me getting another one..

*laughing*

Oh, well - hopefully I will be able to get one later on somehow..
;-D

Is there a 5.5" Aviator coming out??
I hope so

I wish there was and with the thickness of a Project I or II. That would be the perfect wilderness companion. I would buy a dozen immediately!:thumbup::D

Jules, You'll probably buy whatever they come out with anyway. ;)
