changin permission group

my bro just got me set up with a 'knifemaker/service provider' membership, wondering how to get my goldmember status shifted?

To do this

Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update your group display

Lorien, you can simply click on the link below in my signature to "update your user group" that'll take you there.

Looks like the payment hasn't yet been processed by Spark.

If it was paid by paypal, Spark will have to activate it manually. Depending on how busy he is, it can take around 72hrs.
