changing a feedback rating help

You need to go to the page where the feedback was initially left, report it using the little triangle icon.
Explain in detail, why the feedback needs to be changed. Then you wait a bit,

If Feedback is maliciously left as a revenge FU type thing, don't hold your breath for it to be reversed. This is for people that may be wondering, it is also against the rules and can earn those people a hefty high point infraction.

Hey, Rev, did you see this? Post # 20:

please note : if you commit to a purchase , and you dont follow through on payment , i will give a negative feedback*

I missed that bit.
/sigh

Vic, while there is a lot of leniency offered to sellers, you don't really get to make up your own rules in addition to what is already posted as "The Exchange Rules". If you follow through with your comment on post 20, I'm afraid I will follow through with my comment on my post 2 here. When I say hefty, I really do mean, HEFTY. That post in your thread does nothing but make people want to skip right past your thread. I think you should actually lead with that.

Vic and I have had a bit of trouble with that deal. He didn't think I sent the MO as I was late with it (committed around new years and didn't think was in a rush to get it as lots aren't asking for MO/check payments, would have shipped sooner if knew needed quick), but I had sent it, it's arrived and we've both agreed to complete the deal. I honestly don't care if FB he left for me gets changed but I will be requesting the FB I left for him to get changed after getting the knife, as has brought his score down and looks bad. He left me FB first without communication so thought was trying to pull a scam. I understand why he did it as I was slow with shipping it. Things will work out here I believe though.

so if somebody commits to a purchase, and say that person doesnt pay , i cant leave a negative feedback ?

now ulf krogstad did pay ,,,i just want to change his feedback rating score ,, nothing else ..

NO, "commits to a purchase" and flaking is not leaving you without money or goods. It is not a completed deal, so it doesn't rate iTrader feedback. What you can do is post in FEEDACK, the Good, the Bad, the Ugly, and tell everyone how unreliable they are.

Moderators have no access to the iTrader software. We cannot correct the mistakes you make. Only Spark can. Moderators can only impose infraction points for people using the system before learning the rules.
