Changing avatar and sig photos?

I've done several searches and read through the FAQ's, but must be blind as I can't find any info on how to go about this. A friend set up my sig and avatar several years ago and I'd like to upgrade to a more current photo.

Any help for the barley computer literate?

Go to Settings (upper right)
then to My Settings (left side)
