Changing leatherman surge tools.

I have a Leatherman surge but I'm not a huge fan of the changing saw/file system.I want to put a fixed saw on instead.I like the one the wave has.Can I get one and change it out?

Why not just leave the saw in? I've tried adding the Surge's awl to my Wave -- the parts don't match up perfectly. Different pivot radius.

You'd have to buy a Core and take it out of there.
