Charge on my credit card?

It took me a while - but after I reupped my Gold membership I saw a charge for 25.00 to "One Stop Knife Shop".

I was on the phone with my credit card company - decided I would call them back - and remembered 1/2 hour later that this HAD to be my membership.

Does it state anywhere that if you use a card that you will see a corresponding charge to this store in KY?

It confused me a bit and am just wondering.

It is not explicitly stated anywhere that I know of, but Spark owns 1SKS and that's where he processes memberships through.
When I last renewed, I got an email from 1SKS confirming my payment.
