Hi guys ,I thought I would venture over to this side and take a peak. So just to let you know I have a original Leatherman supertool, a Juice Xe6, a Charge TTi and a Gerber, I hate the Gerber and would sell or swap .My qustion today is with the Charge I have had it and find I need it almost everyday, I have oiled it and worked it back and forth but it is still as stiff and my old dead uncle charlie. Is there a secret to getting the little things out like scissors and such with out using another tool for that ? I thought about trying to loosening the screws but I guess they are a patented item and can not be bought. Any help would be a help. My super tool flips open like a butterfly knife, the Juice is not used as much but among my favorites. The Charge is the most complete and has a SV30 blade.

You just need the 6 point Torx security bits to loosen up the pivots if she is still stiff. Any larger hardware store should have them, or you can buy them off Ebay. Just make sure and get two so you can keep the other side from turning. Might want to pick up some medium loc tite to keep the pivots adjusted to where you like them once you loosen them up.
