Charge XTI Crimpers

Just curious does the Charge XTI crimpers crimp electric? If not what other uses could it be used for besides blasting caps. It looks like the same size as the splicers for high-tensel fence but i doubt you got get enough force to crimp it. Also looks like it my be useful when putting to strands of barbwire together(to hold both together while wrapping) Just curious because im getting ready to design my new wave*Gasp* gonna be a cross between wave a XTI(just cause i want something different and i hate the look of the charge)and wondering if i'd have any use for the crimper on the farm. So i wonder if i should keep the Wave pliers or use the XTI ones?
