Thought I'd share a few pics of my latest Charles May custom I recently received. I had Charlie combine his Holt Collier handle with the Buk95 blade profile and I like the way it turned out. Specs are S30V, black canvas micarta scales, white liners and Posner mosaics that I supplied. Enjoy all...

Outstanding knife! Charlie makes some beautiful knives, he made one of the first custom knives I ever got. Congrats!
 
I have the priviledge of owning at least 12 of Charlies knives. I have carried one of his Trace models everyday for six or seven years.

I really like your your knife. I like my BUK95 but i like yours better...... I can see another trip to Strong MS in the near future.

Nice handy little knife. I like mosaic pins when done right such as here.
A tapered tang would have added to this piece in my opinion.
 
I like the tapered tang too and I have a Bret Dowell on order to fill that void...grin Charlie only just started putting thumb grooves on his knives, but I doubt he'll do tapered tangs anytime soon. Both he and Gene Ingram seem to have a good following with hunters with Gene having quite a long waiting list. Charlie, I believe, is still about a year out on new orders also.

Thanks. Posner makes the nicest looking mosaics, IMO, but they are harder to find these days since Alpha Knife Supply stopped carrying them.
