Charles West Centralia, IL knifemaker?

Does anyone have information on a knifemaker from Centralia, IL by the name of Charles West? I see one of his marked knives for sale on the internet and can find no information on him.

Chuck West is a really nice guy and good knifemaker. His tactical folders are very Carsonesque and his bowies are styled after John M. Smith (Also of Centralia).

I think he is doing something else mostly these days

I remember his bowie/fighters looking more like Casteel's work but I could be mistaken. I agree with the folder description though. His fit and finish was very nice and he was very personable.
