Charlton ltd Damascus info

I got a knife froma friend, it's Marked CHARLTON LTD on the front and 36 on the back
it is a skinner/nessumk knife with wood handles and single brass hilt
he said it's a cheap fake damascus one but I see it's real damascus and is a well made knife

will test it to see if it's either carbon or SS damascus

anyone has info? steel? age? price?
