Chart for hollow grinding....

Help Ive misplaced my chart.....Yher used to be a chart floating around in the forums...It showed thikness of stock, grind heigth, wheel diameter...I still have a copy of inclusive flat grind angles...just cant find the hollow grind chart.....Thanks....also can some one direct me to a good mokume tutorial.....
