Does anyone out there own the Chase Durer Special Forces UDT 1000 watch? If so, what is your overall impression of it regarding durability, accuracy, and the like?

Not the same model but I have been wearing a Chase Durer Chronograph for a number of years now.

The watch is a three button Chronograph with a Sako movement. Just about bomb proof, Very good accuracy (I may adjust it by a minute or two every couple of months), Good strong SS band. I haven't even had to change the original batteries yet.

My only problem is that my eyes are getting a little old. I need fairly good light to read the time accurately, and I need my reading glasses to see the little dials.

I have (perhaps am) considering the watch you are looking at as a replacement. The face isn't as busy and it looks like it might be easier for me to read.
