just thought i'd let you guys know how things have been going just in the time since i found this place..i've managed to track down a mini-afck (found it $30.00 cheaper the day after i ordered it)have now learned to shop around
.oh well, bought lessons are more valuable, i guess. i found 'Chief' (a super great guy) who proved to me some words i was told in the chatroom my first nite there: "knife people are the best people". my meeting Chief has helped me fill some of my need for sharp objects as i am adding 3 microtechs to my humble collection and have a 4th one ordered.
i also started a sebenza thread that exceeded my expectations in responses. i learned that:
1.some people love them
2.some people hate them
3.the people that hate them mostly seem to do so because of cosmetic/style dislikes
4.a lot of people feel that they are priced approx. $100.00 beyond what they feel they should cost.
5.that until i hold one in my own hand that i really shouldnt feel too strongly one way or the other about one.
6.that VampireGe wants a hot babe with big gazongas to sex him up.
7.they went from custom to production without a price decrease.
8.you can buy 3 very good knives for the cost of one sebenza
9.if i dont lose it or mistreat it, it would be the last pocket folder i would ever have to buy as a carry knife.
10.finding blade forums, the chat room and the good people (including the bastids) i've met so far, is one of the smartest things i've done lately.
11.that VampireGe is one sexy man that any hot babe would just be dying to sex up..i can't understand why he has to masturbate.
12.a couple people dont want me asking stupid questions-sorry guys when i get as edjumakated as you are
