Chat trouble?

Everytime I try to get onto Emerson chat it either keeps saying something about prison.irc or that the host? is full beyond capacity. It has even connected me for a minute then dumped me off. Anyone else have this trouble? Is it something I'm doing wrong? Or is it just Ken Cook keeping me out?:D
BTW-is there chat tonight?

I'm in if Mrs. Raye doesn't keep me in the kithchen and take up all the chat time.

You may want to email Eric and see what he can do. I've been in there every night this week and no problems at all. I do know that I can't get in from my work computer due to a firewall they have set up. Might that be the issue? :confused:

Same deal for me. I have never been able to log into the chats. I just followed the link to the USN and I got an additional pop-up window with a mess of javascript errors in it. It doesn't sound like anyone else is having this problem though.
I run Expolorer 5 and Netscape 4.76 (both for Mac). I am pretty sure the Joel is Mac as well but judging by his posts he is not having the problems that I have experienced.
 
At least I am in the very best of company. I have never been able to log on. I use a Mac at home and I always get some message about "connection failed."
 
Ok, good news guys. I was able to log on last night. When you get the screen that comes up with guest asking you to put your name in, scroll down to where Eric has put the secondary link. Was able to log on through that one, give it a try.

I was beginning to think that it had something to do with my company's firewall but maybe it is a Mac thing.
