Chaves X-Lock

Has anyone ordered or received the new Chaves Redencion X-Lock Blue Label knife from BladeHQ yet? I had a hard time deciding which one to buy but ended up ordering a stonewashed Tanto version! I'm waiting for my tracking number to go live but I'd love to see some photos while I wait!!

Yeah, I do wish it was a bit bigger! It's a decent carry size though.

My exact thoughts.

It's ridiculous how few 3.5" knives are out there, in particular with simple designs.

That one looke like a winner RocketFoot , had no idea a budget chavez existed.

Yeah, the budget Chaves is brand new...just dropped last week. It definitely could be a little longer (isn't that what she said?) but it is very comparable to the Demko AD20.5 so it does fall in that EDC Goldie Locks zone.

i dont love the pocket clips on the Chaves knives though. reminds me of a long tongue.....

Looks nice, although I'm not a fan of aluminum handles. BHQ doesn't say how thick the blade stock is, probably 1/8" I'd guess.

My crude brass caliper says about 3mm or 1/8" thickness.
