I've ordered a custom fixed blade with a 3.75" M2 warncliff blade and sculpted G10 scales. it's coming soon and i'm very excited about it!

i've also sent Chase an email about making me a large fixed blade camping/survival style knife. i've seen some preliminary blade ideas and it looks very impressive.

does anyone have any experience with Chax Knives? CHase has been very friendly and answers all of my questions quickly. i'm counting the days till my Cutter's Delight shows up! i'm excited about dealing with Chase and i'll be sure you let you all know about my experience.
 
No experience yet with Chase's fixed blades, but I did have a BM 806D2 in with him for re-worked scales in carbon-fiber.

Totally cool guy (his wife is great, too) -- excellent communication throughout, and turn-around time was simply amazing.

The work was wonderful - especially at the price paid and the complexity of my demands - I'd say that it was a steal.

I'm highly looking forward to sampling some of his fixed blades -- he keeps teasing me that I should give the "old-school" steels a try. :)
