Cheap 5.11 knife

Somehow came upon the 5.11 site for some reason or another. I truthfully can't remember what I was searching for, although it might have been leather gun belts? Anyways site comes up and so figured I would check the closeout section. Low and behold for 69 bucks the Investigator series is on closeout. S30v, thick liner lock etc.etc. Sprung for it so we shall see in a few days how it looks and handles. keepem sharp

I've never handled one but I've heard good to decent reports about the investigator series FWIW. A search will come up with several threads

im loving my 5.11 master series karambit. they seem to be stout knives. the only thing is that the s30v blade did not come from the factory as sharp as some other knives i have bought. not a big deal for me, as im kinda weird when it comes blade sharpness on certain kinda knives...

Are you sure you ordered the right knife?

The "Investigator" model is a regular lockback in 154CM, the "First Responder" is the large liner-lock with s30v steel.
