Cheap alternative to Pelican cases for knife storage

I was at Sam's Club today and they have these things for $20. Beats the high price that Pelican cases go for. They're water resistant, dust proof, very sturdy, lockable, and they have the customizable foam inserts. They make a bigger one that's $50 as well.
