sorry in advance if this is the wrong section of the forum for this. My outdoor oriented class would like to get some custom folding knives (assisted opening knives would be preffered) with a logo on them. We are located in saskatchewan, canada. we would be looking to spend 50 or less so nothing too fancy and there are 17 of us. does anyone know a good place that would do these? a canadian store would be ideal.

Thanks!

Cheap and custom don't really go together, but I think that you are looking for outdoor folders to put a logo on.

Don't know about Canada, but in the USA, you can bring items to engravers for them to laser-etch a logo onto. Sporting trophy stores would be a good place to start.

As for what knife, how about a Spyderco Tenacious? About $35 here in the USA.

theres no custom knife for 50 dollars that I've ever heard of, there are quite a few regular production knives that fit the bill though, check out warriors and wonders, they have a decent selection and don't take long to ship in canada.

I think what he meat by "custom" is not the straight from the maker kind but simply a cutomizable knife, as he mentioned they have a logo they want to put onto the knife.

I might be wrong, but I think what OP is looking for is a regular production folder customized with a logo. If this is the case, then yes, it can be done for $50.

@ cwl- ya you are right, i should have been more clear. i just mean a folder that you can have logos put on (doesnt have to be custom). and it sounds like what you are saying is that a probably cheaper way would be to just buy the knives, and then take them somewhere local to laser etch

@ jesse d.l - yes warrioirs and wonders are awsome, i have purchased all my knives from them....got one on the way right now actually

$50 total? Not going to happen. Maybe $50/each but even that'd be a stretch, and most places would have a minimum order requirement.

Cheap custom knives?
When I was younger I looked for super-hot, low-maintenance women. I couldn't find that combination either.

Something like a Cold Steel Pocket Bushman, they are very cheap and can be etched very easy.

Get a Kershaw, they do assisted opening really well and have a lot of options.

You could probably order Kershaw Leeks online, have them shipped and take them to a shop for engraving for under 50$ a pop.

You'd have all your criteria covered
