Would the 2 sided DMT Diasharps work? Even better (read, cheaper) could I mount the credit card sized Diasharps to something longer to make them fit? Or maybe the crappy looking diamond plates from Harbor freight? Pretty much just want something to speed up some reprofiles and to possibly thin a couple blades a little (although I'm not sure that would be worth the effort). Looking for a cheap, short term solution as I'm planning to replace my edgepro clone with the real deal and shapton or chosera stones at the beginning of next year and will be able to get the Atomas then as well.
