Haha gotcha. I mean Mora and Opinel. Just got my first two Mora's and my first Opinel in 8 years! You really can't beat these for affordable high quality user knives, it's been said many times before.
I haven't really messed with the Mora's yet, but I had some fun sharpening and oiling my Au Carbone No.10 Opinel. Arrived with a stupid rough edge not good for anything really, but my 1000 grit Japanese water stone made short work of that, followed up of course by 6000 grit. I can't believe how easily it took a razor edge! Good steel, good grind, good god!
This is the kind of knife everyone should learn how to sharpen with. For $12 you can't lose! I wish I had waited and set up the camera.
The others are a 511 carbon and a Craftline "All Around" stainless. They came with good edges already and I'll use them until they're dull and then do a video on sharpening.
Finally some knives I can use and not worry about!
YouTube review to follow shortly (turbo311).
