Hello I'm fairly new to this forum and I wanted y'alls advice on what you would recommend for my first custom folding to buy. Specs like weight and blade length doesn't matter, I'm just looking for a quality custom folder for under $350!
Now post your recommendations!!

If you want a traditional, you can pick up a nice John Lloyd for about 250-300$. Vcm custom knives. He is a dealer here.

you can find Peter Marzitelli's folders at that price range.

Alan Davis makes some nice folders in the $350 range. He's a member here and posts his stuff for sale in the knifemaker's market.

If you watch the For Sale: Folders subforum you will see a bunch of nice folders in that price range and a little higher.
My only advice would be to buy the knife you really want when you see it instead of staying hard and fast to the price.
Many times I have bought something because I thought it was a really good deal instead of because I really wanted it.
The good deals tend to get tossed aside.

I think you mean inexpensive, not cheap.

Do a search on Tobin Smith. He makes some incredible knives in the price range you are looking at.
