I recently acquired a ZT 0620 CF with the awesome Emerson Wave feature. The issue I was having is that the milled out "notch" on the frame lock kept getting hung up on my pocket seam when I would draw the knife out. Fighting with this was keeping me from getting a consistent "wave open" and a couple of times caused the blade to open prematurely in my pocket.
It is crazy to me that a manufacturer would put this milled out area right above the spot where the pocket clip is! Other well known manufacturers have seen the light and put the mill out on the inside of the scale where it belongs. Common sense!
I found a real quick fix that does not mess with the finish of the knife. I purchased some self adhesive felt from Walmart. I trimmed a small piece to fit exactly in the recessed area then shaved it up for a perfect fit.
Now my ZT pulls out of the pocket smoothly with no fuss. I haven't had anymore accidental openings.
I wanted to share this just in case anyone else has the same issue.
