Hello, would really appreciate some recommendations for a relatively cheap ($20-$30) flipper design. Thanks.

Another vote for the Skyline. If you're not a fan of the Skyline, some other Kershaw flippers in your price range are the Zing, Chill, and Junkyard Dog I.

The Buck Vantage Select can also be had for $20-30.

Kershaw Oso Sweet, its assisted opening, maybe you could pull the spring.

The Kershaw Leek or Zing are 2 that haven't been mentioned. The Leek is AO with a flipper and the Zing is a straight flipper. Both are in the $30-$40 range.

Scallions, Chives and OD-2 are all in the $20-$30 range. Slightly smaller with blades 2.25" or smaller.

The Kershaw flippers are very good, but the Buck Vantage line is excellent, too. The Pro in S30V is above your price point. I'm not sure you can find an Avid in Sandvik within it, either, but the Select in 420HC is within your price range.

I have to add my vote to the Kershaw Skyline, as it's an amazing knife for its price. Buck's Vantage series is good, too, but the Skyline is IMO a better knife than the Vantage Select. If you can find an Avid or a Pro in that price, then I'd say go for it instead.

The Kershaw Chill is an excellent little flipper for less than 20 bucks. Slim, (3" blade) lightweight, (2 0z.) and has G-10 handles. I've been very impressed with the one I bought. (3" blade)

Picked up a Kershaw Skyline at BLADE and even though I paid more than I could get it online I feel I got more than my money's worth.

Kershaw Ener-G is a fantastic little flipper knife. If you get the green handled model its under $30.
