The Other day I was cleaning out one of my properties for a new Tenant and I came across this plexi glass case made of half inch stock.

Free is for me and I immediately saw a knife case. I got a black syntro back that attaches with velcro and I was done.

It has 15 knives with sheaths and sits next to my desk on an antique table.

I think it worked out pretty well and it just goes to show another mans trash is another mans treasure

Well, one mans trash is another mans treasure chest anyway ;). You certainly have quite a few treasures it there. And it IS a great idea, might have to make one for my desk. Great pics

Joe I've been on the hunt for stuff like that and you scored perfectly. Your lucky and I hope you enjoy the hell out of that thing. Glad you found it.

EDIT- Haha, I just reread the title of this thread and this is all one more reason your the man.

Awesome Joe

Ive been thinking of a way to display my pieces myself

good looking, Joe.

Riad, these folks will custom make anything you want. Resonably priced and can use U/V protectant clear materials which help protect your handles and sheaths.
Security/alarm devices can also be included.

A friend of mine has a round display case about 5 1/2' tall with glass shelves and lights that shine from above. I think he got it from a jewelry store going out of business. Knowing him he probably got it for next to nothing.

It is difficult to show several fixed blades & sheaths in a small area. I think you have found a nice option. Looks like some great steel there in PA.

Thanks for sharing.

Lots of nice pieces in that case! I see a Shiva Ki and Jason Knight in there, and Bagwell on the top shelf (of course :)).

Thanks everyone for the kind words

I used to display just the knives in glass topped cases but it killed me that all that great P Long leather was in a drawer. Now thw leather is right there where it belongs next to the blades . If something happens to me my family will no what sheath goes with what knife.

Only problem is I still have a draw full of great leather:D need more acrylic display boxes
