Cheap knife

I want to try to redo a handle on a kabar but I don't want to screw up and ruin a $60 knife. So, I'm looking for a cheap under $25 KaBar knock off that is assembled in a similar manner. It does not need to be functional in any way, it just has to be similar enough to a KaBar to do a practice run on without have to worry about wasting a good pile of cash. Anyone know of one?

Try to find a source(Ebay?) for the Ka-Bar next gen copy. It's close, with it's pinned construction.

This is a situation where you should go big or go home. Using a real Ka-Bar will force you to make a real effort. You can do it man-go for it
