cheapest D2 folder?

I don't think a Queen country cousin is too expencive, although its been a few years since I bought one. The Queen sodbuster is a rugged design that will stand up well.

I have to say... Queens D2 knives are probably the least
expensive I've ever seen for D2. D2 is usually used
in higher end knives. Excluding Queen the only brand
that comes to mine are the couple of Dozier folders by Ka-Bar.
Those start at around $60. After that there's a few Benchmades and
now we are talking $100+. Now I'm starting to get all tactical...
so I'll stop. :-)

There may be more out there but I haven't seen 'em.

I' ve got several Queen's in D2. Get one. Can't beat them for the price. If you are looking for something like a BM Griptilian, go to cabelas and get one in D2

No question to me: the Queen Country Cousin. D2, Delrin, and I just bought one from the Queen collector's club on-line for $21. ~Delivered to Holland in about 2 weeks (Shipping was 20!!).

I just wanted to buy a cheap user, and I can't get over the walk and talk and fit and finish. Unbelievable snap and it feels like it is built like a tank. Not too sharp out of the box, but not bad. I can't get over that they can make a knife and sell it at $21 that is this good.

Only complaint: Not thrilled with the "country cousin" etching on the blade. He's chewing on a piece of hay, and looks like a real hayseed. But, that will get rubbed off soon. Anyone know the best way to get it off without scratching the blade too much?

The NRA looks great..I am not in the market for one but I have to have one after looking at the pic. :o

I second the Kabar Dozier in D2. Definitely on the inexpensive end of D2 knives.
