Cheapest place to buy a PE delica-and the CF spydercos

I though you knife knuts might have the lowdown on where to get a new style PE delica the cheapest-the kind with the ambidextrous clip. I lost, no, misplaced mine around the house. I figure I need a spare anyway.

Which got me thinking that maybe I should get something a little different in case the other turns up I won't have 2 identical knives. Are the CF spydercos suitable for use, or are they just for show? I'd really like a CF dragonfly.
