Cheapish PDA that does web browsing?

i have access to a couple of wi fi spots. looking for a PDA (preferably used off ebay) that does web browsing. hopefully there would also be some free or shareware games available for it. would like to keep it under $150 used if possible.

can be an older model.

i've heard of palm and pocket pc....but dont know the first thing about them.

I would suggest a Palm TX. If you can find one used for that price. Palm has an open box and a blemished TX for $239.99 and $227.99.
 
Many cell phones now are virtually PDA's. I'm just now discovering the vast freeware market for my Sony-Erricson w810i. Everything from Euchre to open source operating systems are available online!
