So, I am an avid hiker, as I live on a 120 acres of forest. Probably my most used knife at home has to be my BK9, and frankly, I hate the sheath that came with it. I love the knife but I think the sheath is frankly pure garbage. A thought occurred to me just now however: Would the BK9 fit in a leather Kabar big brother sheath? That would be awesome! They are the same length (actually, the big brother is a bit longer, which helps with the fit), and the only problem I see is that the BK9 is somewhat thicker at .013 inches. If anyone has both of these knives and the sheath, could you give it a try and report back? If it doesn't fit, are there any good, lightweight, leather sheaths to be had? I generally prefer a sheath to be as basic as possible, and love it when they are made from leather :).

Nope, too tight and the edge cuts into the welt on the leather sheath.

Note: all these sheath makers charge quite a bit as they rightly should they make a great sheath but it can add up just something to think about. I'm sure there are some non custom stock sheaths that fit the 9 others might be able to help

Srry didn't even notice that he was no longer dealer srry my comp is super glitchy I didn't mean to change it back it refreshed the page and must of switched it or something srry bout that The Warrior The Warrior
