Spent last week on vacation with the family around the Grand Rapids MN area. I've been wanting to check out the Forest History museum for awhile and finally got to it. One of the attractions is a real deal 1900 lumberjack camp, cool stuff.

Link to the Museum http://www.mnhs.org/places/sites/fhc/ if you want to see some old logging photos there photo gallery is great.

Fond some sweet wet stones, the jacks had two of these in the bunk house.

Those old timers sure had it hard,
or is it that we just have it too easy?
