Think so? Not to me at all. That thing screams "Ken Onion", it's clearly his style and no one else's (IMO).

ya, that looks nothing like a becker knife, in any way shape or form. beckers have much straighter blockier forms in their handles and blades.

that knife has a lot of features to it that are seen on other ken onion designs..

for 100$ that thing looks like a serious contender. id love to handle one (stick with my busse tmbm, but id still like to try it :D )

both handle and blade are different. only similarity is size and presence of recurve (and a drop point).

(done mean to be coming off agressive here, but they are very different)



edit: okay so they are kinda similary in blade profile, but fully flat ground vs. the crazy becker grind, square hand palstic handle vs. rubber, square handle vs. curvy handle and you have a completely different knife
 
now that i see them side by side i feel kinda stupid for being so abrupt in the comparison..

Seth the 100bux is MSRP most blades sale on the net for alot less, my guess is this blades gonna probably be in the 75.00 range online which is going to put Kershaw way ahead in the game.
 
D2? seems like an odd choice for a blade this size. im guessing the handles are like swamprat's resiprene?

looks good, will have to wait to see how it performs 1st though... :p
