Check out my new Dobruski folder (pics)

This will be my first knife from a Brazillian maker. I just got the pictures of my finished knife sent to me. Hopefully I will have it in my hands next week. This folder is made by Dobruski. It is called the Prometheus. Doesn't she look awesome?

COngrates !! that looks like it will be a pleasure to own and use. Any Knifenuts near you that you can make green by taking this beauty out and peeling an apple.

That's a great looking knife, Dennis! Extremely clean lines. I like the brightness of the scales too. As much as I admire damascus, and natural handle materials, I have to confess that sometimes the folders with dark damascus, dark bolsters, and something like bark ivory are so dark. The lines aren't easy to see like on this knife.

Hope it fulfills your hopes, and you enjoy it very much!

Fedex delivered the Prometheus this morning. As good as these pictures look they don't do justice to the knife. It looks absolutely stunning in person. Fit and finish are superb. Lockup is excellent. This is also one of the most ergonomic folders I have handled. If I didn't know better i would swear this folder was designed specifically for my hands. Very comfortable. As everyone knows I am a real sucker for a recurve blade. I love the way they look and perform. I think I just found my new EDC!
