I love that picture of the fella with the .30-40 Krag Jorgensen Bolt-Action Rifle and the Pistola holstered. My Father had a mint .30-40 Krag, my Mother sold it and a bunch of his Collection after he died. That rifle was so smooth. The Bolt-Action was so smooth and that was part of the reason why it was weaker than the 1903 Springfield [.30-06] that replaced it. I think it had to do with the number of locking lugs on the bolt.

I shot my Father's Krag and it was a great Brush Gun, and I'm sure it performed great in the jungles. At distances in the jungles, it is more than adequate.

It is a great, historical picture. And the swords are beautiful too!

Thanks for the comments. Ive got a whole bunch of things that havent yet been added to the site. I have more pictures, diagrams, etc... Im hoping to add sections on the construction of the kris, identification of antique, modern, and tourist Moro swords, more details on Moro history and culture. The site is still very raw so if you like where its going stay tuned for more updates.
