Just like the Tank Buster, Dan is allowing buyers to build their own Weiner.

Options are:

Anorexic
Boney
Chubby
Double Cut
Chisel Cut
Stripped and Polished

and a few more options to be named later.

:-)

How exactly does one apply a chisel cut? Start hammering away on the blank with a chisel? Is there a particular pattern to follow?

It seems like the cuts into the steel wouldn't have any benefit, and would in fact have a lot of downsides like gathering gunk, catching on the medium being cut and decreasing the overall integrity of the knife by adding multiple stress points to list a few.

Now a chisel edge I can understand. I wouldn't want one. Just my personal preference, but at least I know what it is and have used them before. A chisel cut though, I'm befuddled.

Who said anything about cutting into steel?

So they make a chisel-cut knife for Lycosa and we've got 100's of posts to the Hog-Muk thread and they don't make that. What is this world coming to?

Since a Double Cut finish is applied to the blade I figured that the Chisel Cut finish must also be applied to the blade. I could be wrong and the Chisel Cut may be applied to the handle instead. Why this would be done to a Resiprene-C handle I have no idea, but we are talking about Scrap Yard Dawgs here so anything is possible. :D ;)

I believe Lycosa has been asking for a CHISEL EDGE.
