You asked what it is.

It was made for the 1996 New York City custom knife show. It is a Spyderco C35 "Q".
 
I thought you were kidding on the first post. Upon further inspection, you are right. Boy do I feel dumb. Thank you for the clarification
 
I can't even imagine the effort that one would need to create a fake version of that...
