Check out this gentleman's field and desk top reviews of hunting/ skinning knives

I think I prefer this guy to others, he doesn't talk too much, uses a range of knives and made me hungry for venison.

I discovered this guy when I was researching my first ESEE purchase. I like him as well probably because I have in the past had the chance to work with some Japanese fellows and they were all very knowledgeable and respectful gentlemen. :thumbup:

Whoah. Both BRKT stacked leather handle knives he owns has problems with the leather being loose. Very surprising.
