**Check out this New Microtech neck knife proto**

I think that is one very slick-looking necker. I wish they showed the sheath to better advantage. From what can be seen, it looks very difficult to me for the knife to stay inside, hanging upside down.

But, I really like the way everything but the edge is rounded, and the placement of grooves to help grip it. And the blade grind and shape are great! Bet that in real life the contrast between the satin grind and matte everything else looks truly cool!

I found out that there will be a run of them in Titanium.

Will ti cut as well as 154CM? How well does ti hold an edge? How much more is the ti?
 
I doubt the Ralph Camillus neck knife will hold an edge like the Microtech because the Microtech is 154 CM.
 
The leather sheath is reminiscent of the ones that are included with the Pakistan Frost knives. I expected something more high-tech from them.

I love the deep finger groove which is a feature lacking in most neck knives. I too have reservations as to how the leather sheath will securely retain the blade in the inverted position. Sounds like I would need to have it fitted with a custom Kydex sheath. The blade is on the short side for my taste. Definitely a backup or last ditch role. I'd love to know more details.
