I have a perrin Lagriffe that I use as a edc. The problem is its a necker. I am also a big fan of Bud Nealys Mass System so I modified my sheath to a mass system.

Bud used this product called Dual-Lock which is essentially velcro on steroids this stuff actually locks with a audible snap when is secures. I purchased two rolls of this stuff and am using it for everything..honestly I think I could hand a anvil on a wall with this stuff. I placed some of the dual lock on the kydex sheath and use a clip from Buds mass system and taaa daa...

thought you guys might like to copy this cause the clip is now removable and can be placed in any direction for multiple carry positions..Bud is a genius...

I've carried my CRKT BearClaw like that for years. You'll love that carry style. Great work on the sheath. The knife is right there all the time, but its out of the way when you dont need it. As a defense consideration, its a quick shift from getting your wallet out of the front pocket to having a knife in hand.

I really like your idea..I have always been a huge fan of that knife but never a fan of neck carry. I improvised a cold steel Mini-tac tanto to be used for ankle carry..I wish I would have known about this method! Thanks alot!
