This is the first handle I've tried, that I stabilized with wood hardener and dye. Knife is forged 5160, hollow ground, dyed birdseye maple, stainless steel guard,Aol 10" blade 4 3/4, 3x quenched,3x tempered. My batteries in my digital camera went dead and this picture isn't real good, this is a beauuuutiful knife in hand and the dyed maple is fantastic. Thanks to all that posted on the stabilizing and dyeing thread.

Very nice, Bill! For me, getting pictures or scans to turn out good is more frustrating than making the knife. Keep up the good work!:)

That looks real good Bill, it really caught me eye. The color of the handle jumps to life, and the fingerguard in mah opinion is icing on the cake!

Looking Good!
